$\begin{align} & n(\xi )=46 \\ & n(F)=22 \\ & n(V)=26 \\ & n(F\cap V)=3 \\ & n(F\cap {{V}^{1}})=22-3=19 \\ & n({{F}^{1}}\cap V)=26-3=23 \\ & n{{(F\cup V)}^{1}}=x \\ & n(\xi )=n(F\cap {{V}^{1}})+n(F\cap V)+n({{F}^{1}}\cap V+n{{(F\cup V)}^{1}} \\ & 46=19+3+23+x \\ & 46=45+x \\ & x=1 \\\end{align}$
