$\begin{align} & \left( \tfrac{7}{9}-\tfrac{2}{3} \right)\div \left( \tfrac{1}{3}+\tfrac{2}{5}\div \tfrac{4}{5} \right)=(\tfrac{7-6}{9})\div (\tfrac{1}{3}+\tfrac{2}{5}\times \tfrac{5}{4}) \\ & =\tfrac{1}{9}\div (\tfrac{1}{3}+\tfrac{1}{2})=\tfrac{1}{9}\div \tfrac{5}{6} \\ & =\tfrac{1}{9}\times \tfrac{6}{5}=\tfrac{2}{15} \end{align}$
